Terms and Conditions


By booking service with Licensed Guide Volunteer Group in Shinjuku and through this website, you agree to have read, understood, and fully accept all terms of service listed below.

SERVICES

All the guided tours are conducted by English speaking Licensed Tourist Guides provided with official card displaying the license number on it in compliance with the Japanese government.
Only licensed Tour Guides may guide you at the sites you visit.


RESERVATIONs and PAYMENTS

All the services can be booked directly on our website. We do not accept bookings less than 24 hours before.
Once we have received your booking  and tthe full amount payment by Bokun pay or Paypal secure system, we will confirm your reservation by sending a Voucher that contains the details of your reservation.
Contact us immediately if any information which appears on any document is incorrect or incomplete.
You may also use the Paypal link to pay by credit card.


CHANGES

if you wish to make any changes to your confirmed booking, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible.Although we try to assist, we cannot guarantee we will be able to meet any such requests few if you submit your request few days prior. 


FORCE MAJEURE

Licensed Guide Volunteer Group in Shinjuku accepts no responsibility for and shall not be liable in respect of loss or damage or changes caused by forces majeure events such as strikes, riots, fire, flood, natural disaster, weather problems or similar events beyond our control.


INSURANCE

Licensed Guide Volunteer Group in Shinjuku strongly recommends to have travel insurance.  It is the responsibility of the Client(s) to ensure that they obtain adequate travel and medical insurance cover. The Client (s)  are solely responsible for providing insurance protection which has various requirements depending on the activity.


REFUNDS FOR CANCELLED BOOKED

tours and guided services WILL BE MADE ON THE FOLLOWING  BASIS
If your booking cancellation occurs within
24 hours before the tour date you’ll receive a total refound
less then 24 hours before the booked tour date: no refund
ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING VIA EMAIL and confirmed by us so your cancellation will be on record.
 WE DO NOT ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS BY PHONE, TEXT MESSAGE, OR 3RD PARTIES.
